Supervision matters
- Riders ages 13 and under should be directly supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Riders ages 14 to 17 should still be supervised, and ATV or UTV riders should complete a safety course where required.
- Never ride alone.
- Know your limits before you ride.
- Double riding is prohibited unless the vehicle is designed for more than one occupant.
- Helmets should be worn even when riding outside of public lands.
